We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information processed through our platform — always consult qualified professionals for insurance and legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolicyStack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
